Vintage Apple Crate Charcuterie Board
Handcrafted charcuterie board made from vintage apple crates reclaimed from a local orchard in Massachusetts. Each charcuterie board includes an 8 x 12 slate insert that can easily be removed and cleaned, and has cork feet so that it does not scratch your table! I personally make each board by hand and I select the individual pieces that go into the finished product. Every board has weathered differently and, although similar in shape and size, each retains its own personality.
My Town Personalized Apple Crate Charcuterie Board
You can personalize the handcrafted charcuterie boards made from local vintage apple crates. I did this one for my town of Harvard, Massachusetts, but if you send me your town name and year established, I'll make one just for you! I use 1930's era vintage letter stamps so they have a look and feel that goes hand in hand with the antique crates. Each board includes an 8x12 slate insert that can be easily removed and cleaned, and has cork feet so that it doesn't scratch your table. The board can also be used as a chalkboard and hung on the wall. I personally make each board by hand and I select the individual pieces that go into the finished product. Every board has weathered differently, and although similar in shape and size, each retains its own personality.

What can I say? With the onset of quarantine, I’m a little bored, so I make boards.
I have a career in high tech but with the pandemic, I'm face-to-face with a whole new way of “normal”. After climbing the walls at home, I decided to channel my energy into something a little more creative.
I have spent time in the beautiful orchards in Harvard, MA, and have collected some really cool weathered apple crates. I recently used several of them to make charcuterie boards for my poker friends as holiday gifts and liked the look so much that I began to make more. When word got out, my hobby turned into a small business... and well, here we are.
